BRIGHT, but delicate

After viewing these 20 electric spring picks, all the pieces screamed out bright, bold, and fun!! Personally, I don't mind wearing something bright, but it has to be toned down... mixed or paired with something softer.  There should be a balance, you don't want to look like a colorful mess when you leave your home.
